The Game’s Kids: Meet His Daughter Cali and Sons Harlem, King, and Blaze

by Kristine Bowman

Rapper The Game may be known for his tough persona, but when it comes to his children — Harlem, King, Cali, and Blaze — he’s all heart. Born Jayceon Terrell Taylor, he first became a father in 2003 when his son Harlem was born with ex Aleska Jordan. Later, during his relationship with author Tiffney Cambridge, he welcomed son King in 2007 and daughter Cali in 2010. Most recently, The Game and entrepreneur Shaniece Hairston celebrated the arrival of their son Blaze in September 2024.

Fatherhood, he says, completely reshaped his perspective. be out here having kids but don’t really understand the responsibility,” he explained on the No Jumper podcast in 2022. “You are responsible for another human. You really can’t be doing s— that you used to do.” With three older kids nearly grown and a new baby at home, he shared in 2024 that he’s ready to embrace parenting all over again. “My kids are all fine, smart, straight-A students and good. So it’ll just be interesting to parent at this age,” he told the Tacos & Shawarma podcast.

Harlem Caron Taylor, 22

Born June 30, 2003, Harlem is The Game’s first child with entrepreneur Aleska Jordan. His birth, The Game has said, inspired him to change his life. In a heartfelt Instagram post (later deleted), the rapper credited Harlem with giving him the motivation to shift his lifestyle for the better.

Harlem’s name carries special meaning — he was named after the historic New York neighborhood that left a lasting impression on his father. He even appeared as a toddler on the cover of The Game’s debut album The Documentary, seated in front of gold rims and wearing an N.W.A. chain.

King Justice Taylor, 18

The Game and Tiffney Cambridge’s son, King, was born on April 25, 2007. Though his childhood was kept relatively private, he occasionally joined his father at events, including the Celebrity Basketball Spectacular in 2015. For his 15th birthday, King celebrated with a golf-themed party at TopGolf surrounded by family and friends.

Despite the couple’s split, The Game has spoken respectfully about Cambridge and her role as a mother.

California “Cali” Dream Taylor, 15

Born August 21, 2010, Cali is The Game and Cambridge’s youngest child together — and she’s already full of star power. Her dad has often reflected on her vibrant personality, once joking about her Beyoncé singalongs when she was just 3 years old.

Cali began modeling at age 9 and has worked with brands like Nike and Rookie USA, even walking the runway at a charity fashion show for the LadyLike Foundation. In June 2024, she graduated from middle school with a 3.78 GPA and an excellence award in English Language Arts, making both parents proud.

Blaze Taylor

The Game welcomed his youngest son, Blaze Taylor, in September 2024 with Shaniece Hairston, daughter of reality star Evelyn Lozada.

The rapper first revealed he was expecting a fourth child during an August 2024 episode of the Tacos & Shawarma podcast, though he did not disclose Hairston as the mother at the time.

Fans got their first look at Blaze in December 2024, when The Game shared a photo of his striking blue-eyed baby, captioning it: “Beautiful baby boy overload. I love you son.” Hairston also shared the photo, confirming her role as Blaze’s mother. Lozada reposted it with a heartfelt message, writing, “This little blue-eyed angel made me a grandma, and I’m forever grateful! 🥹❤️ You’ve brought so much joy into my life that words can’t even explain. I love you more than anything, Blaze Taylor!
