Josh Peck may be best known as one half of the beloved brother duo in Drake & Josh, but off-screen, he’s a proud and devoted dad. The former Nickelodeon star shares three children with his wife, Paige O’Brien: Max, Shai, and their newest addition, Meyer.
Josh and Paige welcomed their first son, Max Milo Peck, in December 2018, followed by Shai Miller Peck in October 2022. Their third child, Meyer Lane Peck, arrived in July 2025. After becoming a father, Josh opened up about how parenthood shifted his priorities. “Until you have a child, you never quite understand what it means to love someone more than yourself,” he told Distractify in 2023. “I feel like with these two kids of ours, every parenting cliché suddenly became true. And as much as I used to roll my eyes at my mom saying, ‘It’s a love like no other,’ she was absolutely right.
Max Milo Peck, Age 6
Max was born on December 29, 2018. Josh introduced him to the world with a sweet Instagram post of Max wrapped in a hospital blanket, simply captioned with his name.
In 2023, Paige opened up about the early challenges of motherhood, including her struggle with breastfeeding. “I really had every intention of breastfeeding Max, but I never produced enough milk,” she shared. “I drove myself crazy trying, but we eventually switched to formula and found what worked.”
Despite the early challenges, the couple found their rhythm. “Josh is really hands-on and super helpful,” Paige said. “He and Max have such similar energy. I’m more relaxed, and together it’s a good balance.” Josh has also taken an active role in raising Max in the Jewish faith, celebrating holidays like Hanukkah and Purim—he even dressed baby Max as a chick for Purim when he was just 3 months old.
Shai Miller Peck, Age 2
Josh and Paige announced they were expecting baby No. 2 in June 2022 with a bump photo on Instagram, where Josh joked in the comments, “Is mine or no?” Shai was born on October 14, 2022, and his arrival was announced with a photo of Max sitting beside his baby brother.
Shai proved to be a restless sleeper, and the couple had to divide night duty. “We were shifters,” Josh joked. “From 1 to 6 a.m., I’d sleep in the guest room just to get some rest before work. Then my son would wake up and join me to watch Sesame Street.
Meyer Lane Peck
The couple welcomed their third child, Meyer Lane, in July 2025. They announced his arrival with a heartfelt Instagram post, writing, “Meyer Lane, we love you, we love you.” Just a few months earlier, in February 2025, they had shared the news of their growing family with a sweet bump photo and Josh’s playful caption: “I finally get a minivan.

Josh Peck and Paige O’Brien have been married since 2017. After dating for several years, the couple got engaged in 2016 and tied the knot the following year.
