Actor Eric Dane is completely smitten with his two daughters, Billie Beatrice Dane and Georgia Geraldine Dane. The Grey’s Anatomy star experienced fatherhood for the first time in March 2010 with the arrival of his eldest daughter, Billie, whom he shares with his now-estranged wife, Rebecca Gayheart. Their family grew in December 2011 with the birth of their younger daughter, Georgia. I never had a family, and now I do,” Eric shared with PEOPLE about his daughters. “I know I’m a very lucky guy.” However, their family journey faced challenges in 2018 when Gayheart filed for divorce from Dane, citing irreconcilable differences.
Billie Beatrice Dane, Age 14

As the Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood actress proudly displayed her baby bump during a stroll, a source told PEOPLE that the pair was “definitely happy” about the pregnancy, noting they’d “been trying for so long.” In February 2010, just a month before Billie’s arrival, Eric opened up about his plans for the delivery room during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres. “I’ll be in the room,” he shared.
“I’m going to stay close to my wife and make sure that she is all right. I’m really excited. I’m also very interested.”
