Cassie’s Crew: All About Her Daughters Frankie and Sunny — and the Baby Boy on the Way

Cassie and her husband Alex Fine are preparing to become a family of five. The singer, who recently testified in the sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is currently eight months pregnant with their third child, according to the BBC.
Cassie has kept a low profile since filing a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Combs in 2023, alleging a decade-long pattern of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking. Despite the difficult chapter, she has continued to focus on her family and future. In February 2025, Cassie shared the joyful news on Instagram that she and Fine are expecting again, posting a series of black-and-white photos with her baby bump, her husband, and their two daughters. She simply captioned the post, “🤰🏽💙 #3.”
Cassie and Fine, who first met at the gym, tied the knot in Malibu in August 2019. Just four months later, they welcomed their first child together.
Frankie Stone Fine, 5
Frankie Stone, the couple’s first daughter, was born on December 6, 2019. When they announced the pregnancy in June of that year, Fine posted a touching letter to his unborn daughter, writing, “I will be the first man in your life and will show you the greatest love and affection now and forever.”
Six days after her birth, Cassie introduced Frankie on Instagram with a sweet photo of her daughter’s tiny hand wrapped around hers.
Sunny Cinco Fine, 4
Their second daughter, Sunny Cinco, arrived on March 22, 2021. Cassie shared the news on Instagram with a heartfelt caption: “On Monday, March 22nd, 2021 @ 10:22am our hearts got bigger. Welcome to the world baby girl! We love you so much Sunny Cinco Fine.”
Fine also posted a tribute, writing to both daughters: “I woke up this morning with you two and your mama and took a moment to let it sink in that we created the perfect family that isn’t perfect, but is filled with so much love.”
Cassie later shared that Sunny’s pregnancy was unexpected but exciting, telling Babe by Hatch they were thrilled to grow their family.
Baby Boy on the Way
In a birthday tribute to Fine a month after the pregnancy announcement, Cassie revealed they’re expecting a baby boy. “You’ve taken care of me and my heart like no other,” she wrote. “You’re hands down the best girl dad, and I’m SO excited to see you now become a father to OUR SON!”
Who Is Cassie’s Husband, Alex Fine?
Cassie has been married to Alex Fine since 2019. The “Me & U” singer went public with their relationship in late 2018, shortly after ending her longtime relationship with Diddy.
Fine, a personal trainer and entrepreneur, has stood by Cassie through both joyful and challenging times. He has been publicly supportive throughout her legal battle with Combs. In May 2024, he spoke out after CNN released hotel surveillance footage from 2016 showing Diddy assaulting Cassie.
Now, as they prepare to welcome their third child, Cassie and Fine are focused on family—and the future.
