Cooper Kupp’s Three Kids: All About the Seahawks Star’s Sons, Cooper, Cypress and Solas

Cooper Kupp may bring intensity to the field, but at home, the Seattle Seahawks wide receiver is simply “Dad” to his three sons: Cooper, Cypress and Solas.

Kupp married his high school sweetheart, Anna Marie Kupp, in June 2015. The couple welcomed their first son in 2018, their second in 2021 and their third in 2023. After spending eight seasons with the Los Angeles Rams — and earning Super Bowl MVP honors — Kupp later signed with the Seattle Seahawks in 2025.

Off the field, however, his proudest role is being a hands-on father.

Cooper Jameson “June” Kupp, 7

Cooper and Anna welcomed their first child, Cooper Jameson Kupp, on July 3, 2018. Named after his dad, he’s affectionately called “June,” short for Junior.

Shortly after his birth, Anna shared the joyful news on Instagram, writing that their “hearts and souls” were overflowing. Just weeks later, Kupp had to report to training camp — a moment he later described as the hardest day of his life.

Reflecting on becoming a father, Kupp shared that holding his son for the first time was unforgettable. Looking into June’s eyes, he said, felt like looking back at himself decades earlier — a surreal and emotional experience.

Though football runs deep in the family — Kupp is a third-generation NFL player — he has made it clear he doesn’t want his son to feel pressure to follow that path. Instead, he hopes June pursues whatever he’s most passionate about and gives it everything he has.

Cypress Stellar Kupp, 5

In September 2020, the couple announced they were expecting their second child. While their first pregnancy came quickly, Kupp later shared that growing their family again took more time and patience.

Cypress Stellar Kupp was born on Jan. 17, 2021. The couple revealed the news with a touching black-and-white photo of their hands resting on their newborn’s chest, expressing gratitude for the blessing of another son.

In February 2022, following the Rams’ Super Bowl victory, Kupp celebrated on the field with Anna and their two boys. Photos captured both children playing in the confetti, while Kupp held 1-year-old Cypress during a postgame press conference. After being named Super Bowl MVP, he said his focus was on his family — watching his wife and sons join him on the field.

Solas Reign “Sunny” Kupp, 2

On June 10, 2023, Cooper and Anna announced the birth of their third son, Solas Reign Kupp. In a heartfelt message, they shared their gratitude for their “third little soul” and the opportunity to raise him.

Born weighing 9 pounds, Solas — nicknamed “Sunny” — was expected to be their best sleeper. As Cooper later joked on their podcast, that prediction didn’t quite come true. While he’s sweet during the day, nighttime can be a different story.

Beyond the sleepless nights, Kupp has emphasized the importance of emotional connection in his household. He and Anna strive to be intentional about communicating with their children and teaching them how to navigate conflict in healthy ways.

For Cooper Kupp, championships and accolades are meaningful — but nothing compares to life with his three boys.
