Mandy Moore and her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, have their very own version of the “Big Three.”
The This Is Us star and the Dawes frontman tied the knot in 2018 and began their parenting journey in February 2021 with the arrival of their first child, August “Gus” Harrison. A year and a half later, in October 2022, their second son, Oscar “Ozzie” Bennett, joined the family — officially promoting Gus to big brother status. Their growing crew became a party of five in September 2024 when they welcomed their daughter, Louise “Lou” Everett.
In May 2025, Moore marked her first Mother’s Day as a mom of three by reflecting on motherhood in a heartfelt Instagram post.
“Being a mom is the single greatest gift of my life,” she wrote, “and while you’re never off the clock worrying or stressing or planning, the quiet, unmistakable joy triumphs over everything else.” She went on to thank the women in her life for guiding her through motherhood, adding that their support made her feel “less alone on the journey.”

August "Gus" Harrison Goldsmith, 4
Gus made his debut on February 20, 2021, forever changing Moore and Goldsmith’s lives.
The name August wasn’t just chosen on a whim — it carried personal meaning. “It was last August when and I found out we were having a boy,” Moore shared on Instagram, noting it’s also Taylor’s birth month. “We always loved the name … so it was settled very early on in our book.”
In an interview with Romper, Moore opened up about her hopes for Gus, saying she wants to raise “an intelligent, feminist, loving, compassionate young man who respects women and understands boundaries.”
Oscar "Ozzie" Bennett Goldsmith, 2
The couple’s second child, Oscar “Ozzie” Bennett, was born in October 2022.
“Ozzie is here!” Moore wrote in her birth announcement, sharing a series of sweet black-and-white hospital photos. She noted that his arrival was “a little late but with much aplomb,” and described his birth as “an easier/speedier delivery than his big brother, much to the delight of his parents.”
“Our hearts have doubled in size,” she continued. “The immediacy of the love is astounding.”
Moore and Goldsmith revealed they were expecting Ozzie back in June 2022 with a photo of Gus wearing a “big brother” shirt. “One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended,” Moore wrote at the time, “and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to start.”
Louise "Lou" Everett Goldsmith
Louise Everett, affectionately called Lou, completed the family in September 2024.
Moore and Goldsmith announced their third pregnancy in a playful May 2024 Instagram post. The picture featured Gus and Ozzie holding hands in matching shirts reading “Big” and “Middle.” Her caption read: “Sometimes life imitates art. The third in our own Big Three coming soon. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister. 💓”
Later that September, Moore shared Lou’s birth with another black-and-white photo from the delivery room. In the photo, she cradles her newborn daughter while Taylor looks on lovingly.
“Lou is here!” she wrote. “Louise Everett Goldsmith arrived happy, healthy, expeditiously and right in time for Virgo season. She is our absolute dream girl and her big brothers are already as obsessed with her as we are.”
