Terry Bradshaw is known for a lot — he’s a four-time Super Bowl champ with the Pittsburgh Steelers, an NFL Hall of Famer, a beloved sports commentator, and even an actor. But at home, he proudly wears a different title: girl dad.
Terry first became a father in 1987 with the birth of his daughter Rachel, now 38, with then-wife Charla Hopkins. Two years later, they welcomed their second daughter, Erin, now 36. After Terry and Charla divorced in 1999, he eventually met Tammy, who became his wife in 2014 after 15 years of dating. With Tammy came a new role for Terry — stepfather to her daughter, Lacey, now 33.
Terry has embraced being a father to three daughters with humor and heart. “I thought winning four Super Bowls was hard, but it’s nothing compared to having three girls,” he once joked. Rachel Bradshaw, 38
Terry’s eldest daughter, Rachel, was born on May 13, 1987, in Texas. After graduating from Belmont University in Nashville, she pursued a career in country music. She’s appeared on reality TV before — both The Bradshaw Bunch and Fox’s short-lived 2007 series Nashville.
In 2011, Rachel sang the National Anthem at a Pittsburgh Steelers game — a moment that no doubt made her dad proud. In 2014, she married NFL kicker Rob Bironas, but tragedy struck just months later when Rob died in a car accident. Rachel stepped away from music afterward, grieving both her husband and the passion they once shared. Erin Bradshaw, 36
Born on June 27, 1989, Erin followed a different path — one filled with horses, not footballs. Introduced to riding by her dad at the age of 5, Erin is now a World Champion equestrian and professional horse trainer.
In 2017, she married fellow horse lover and trainer Scott Weiss. Together, they run a ranch where they raise and train horses. Erin has said her dad played a major role in shaping her career: “Without him, I don’t really think I would have even started riding.
Lacey Hester, 33
Lacey, Tammy’s daughter from a previous marriage, became part of Terry’s life when he and Tammy began dating. After they wed in 2014, Lacey officially became his stepdaughter — though to Terry, she’s simply one of the girls. When the couple renewed their vows in 2021, Lacey officiated the ceremony, describing Terry as “funny” and “crazy,” but also full of heart.
Lacey faced personal tragedy in 2009 when her brother, David Cody Luttrull, died of a drug overdose. Since then, she and her mom have worked tirelessly to raise awareness about substance abuse, including through their support of the 525 Foundation, a cause they spotlighted on The Bradshaw Bunch.
