The Team

Kids Company has over 300 paid staff. They are diverse in their nationalities and ethnicities, speaking 43 languages between them.

In addition, around 5000 people volunteer their time for us each year; these include: skilled artists, nutritionists, barristers, psychotherapists, counsellors, actors, students, bankers, teachers, architects, doctors, musicians, yoga teachers, drama therapists, art therapists, homeopaths, playwrights, sports professionals, dancers, lawyers, TV presenters, photographers, sculptors, social workers, cranio-sacral reflexologists, reiki healers and trainee psychotherapists, social workers and counsellors.

Staff are supported in their challenging roles by a team of 100 clinical sessional supervisors – including qualified psychiatrists, psychotherapists and psychologists – who meet one-on-one with workers once a week.
